All names, marks, brands, designs, emblems, trademarks, service marks, slogans, and any other designations (hereinafter referred to as the “Logos”) of NCsoft Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “NCsoft”) are intellectual properties and valuable assets of NCsoft. Any trademarks and service marks shall be adequately used in compliance with this Logo Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) presented by NCsoft. NCsoft may modify this Policy at any time it is deemed necessary.
주식회사 엔씨소프트(이하, “엔씨소프트”라 함)의 모든 이름, 마크, 브랜드, 디자인, 포장, 상표/서비스표, 슬로건 및 기타 명칭들(이하, “로고”라 함)은 엔씨소프트의 지적 재산권이자 귀중한 자산에 속합니다. 상표/서비스표는 엔씨소프트가 제시하는 로고 사용 정책에 따라 적절하게 사용되어야 합니다. 엔씨소프트는 이 로고 사용 정책을 필요한 경우 언제든지 수정할 수 있습니다.
All employees, subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and entities licensed (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”) to incorporate NCsoft logos are contractually bound to uphold this policy.
본 정책은 본사 및 지사/자회사, 합작법인, 기타 관계사(이하, “사용자”라 함)에서 엔씨소프트의 로고를 사용하는 경우 적용을 받습니다.
- The Licensee hereby agrees to comply with the NCsoft Logo Use Policy as presented by NCsoft. 사용자는 엔씨소프트가 제시하는 엔씨소프트 로고사용정책을 준수하는 것에 동의합니다.
- In using any Logos of NCsoft, the Licensee shall individually request NCsoft for Logo use guidelines and receive and comply with any available Logo guidelines, designs and shapes provided by NCsoft. 사용자는 엔씨소프트의 로고를 사용하고자 하는 경우, 엔씨소프트에 대하여 개별적으로 로고 등에 대한 지침을 요청하고, 엔씨소프트로부터 이와 관련하여 실제 사용 가능한 로고의 지침, 디자인, 형태 등을 제공받고 이를 준수합니다.
- The Licensee shall use the Logo as it is provided by NCsoft and shall not use the Logo with any modification to its size, proportion, colors, components, design or any other elements without the prior written consent of NCsoft. 사용자는 로고를 엔씨소프트가 제공한 상태 그대로 사용하여야 하며, 엔씨소프트의 사전 서면 동의 없이 엔씨소프트가 제공한 로고의 넓이, 비율, 색상, 구성요소, 디자인 등을 변형하여 사용하지 않습니다.
- The Licensee shall not remove or modify the NCsoft Logo or use it with the brand name of its own product or materials without the prior written consent of NCsoft. 사용자는 엔씨소프트의 사전 서면 동의 없이 엔씨소프트의 로고를 제거 또는 변경하거나 별도의 제품 또는 자료의 브랜드명에 엔씨소프트 로고를 함께 사용하지 않습니다.
- The Licensee shall not use the NCsoft Logo in a manner that is not identifiable as an NCsoft Logo by combining it with or failing to distinguish it from the trade mark of any third party. Should the Licensee intend to use the NCsoft Logo together with the marks of any third party, it shall obtain the written consent granted by NCsoft. 사용자는 엔씨소프트 로고를 제3자 상표와 결합하거나 구분을 두지 않아 엔씨소프트의 로고임을 알 수 없게 혼동하여 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자가 엔씨소프트의 로고를 제3자의 표장과 함께 사용하고자 하는 경우, 엔씨소프트에서 제시하는 별도의 서면 승인을 받아야 합니다.
- The Licensee hereby agrees not to use the NCsoft Logo in combination with its own trademarks, service marks, corporate names, internet addresses, domain names or any other designations similar thereto on purpose to use it on its computer or internet products, services or technologies. 사용자는 컴퓨터 또는 인터넷 관련 제품, 서비스, 기술에 사용할 목적으로 엔씨소프트 로고를 사용자의 상표, 서비스표, 회사 이름, 인터넷 주소, 도메인 이름 또는 이와 유사한 기타 명칭과 병합하여 사용하지 않는 것에 동의합니다.
- The Licensee shall not use the Logo together with any trademarks, service marks, corporate names, domain names, logos, pictures, digits, designs, graphics, symbols, slogans or any other designations not owned by NCsoft. 사용자는 로고를 엔씨소프트가 보유하지 않은 상표/서비스표, 회사명칭, 도메인명칭, 로고, 사진, 숫자, 디자인, 그래픽, 심볼, 슬로건 혹은 기타 명칭과 함께 사용하지 않습니다.
- Prior to any use of the NCsoft Logo for sales, marketing, advertising and promotion purposes, the Licensee shall conclude a separate agreement with NCsoft at least 30 days in advance, present to NCsoft a sample product or service marked with the NCsoft Logo at least 15 days in advance, and obtain the written consent by NCsoft. 사용자가 엔씨소프트의 로고를 사용하여 영업, 마케팅, 광고, 프로모션, 판매 등의 행위를 하기 위해서는 최소한 30일 이전에 엔씨소프트와 별도의 협의를 맺어 실제 사용하기로 한 상품 등에 엔씨소프트의 로고를 반영한 샘플을 15일 이전에 제시하여 서면 승인을 받아야 합니다.
- The Licensee shall use any NCsoft Logo separately. The Licensee shall leave the minimum spacing as prescribed by NCsoft in the environment of the Logo (including but not limited to the edge, background image, icons and any other items) so that the Logo may be clearly distinguished. 사용자는 엔씨소프트의 로고를 사용하는 경우, 단독으로 표현하여야 합니다. 즉, 로고의 사용환경(가장자리, 배경화면, 기타 다른 아이콘 등을 포함하여)에 엔씨소프트가 정한 최소한의 여백을 두어 로고 등이 명확히 표시되도록 하여야 합니다.
- The Licensee shall use the NCsoft Logo with ®, ™, or any other appropriate indication, depending on the registration of the intellectual property rights in the Logo. Such indication shall be made in superscripts immediately following the Logo, the details of which shall be in compliance with the prescription of NCsoft. 사용자가 엔씨소프트의 로고를 사용하는 경우, 로고의 지적재산권 등록 여부에 따라, ® 표기 혹은 ™표기 등 적절한 표기와 함께 사용합니다. 이러한 표기는 로고의 바로 뒤에 윗첨자 형태로 사용하며, 상세 사항은 엔씨소프트가 정한 바에 따릅니다.
- The Licensee shall not and shall not attempt to create, use or register intellectual property rights in any trademarks, service marks, symbols, marks, graphics, designs, slogans or any other designations similar to or containing major elements of the NCsoft Logo. 사용자는 엔씨소프트의 로고와 유사하거나 혹은 특정 주요부분을 포함하는 상표/서비스표, 심볼, 마크, 그래픽, 디자인, 슬로건 및 기타 명칭 등을 창작, 사용 혹은 지적재산권으로 등록하거나 등록을 시도하지 않습니다.
- NCsoft may periodically review and inspect any products and sites of the Licensee for which the NCsoft Logo is used so that NCsoft may verify that the NCsoft Logo is used as designated by NCsoft. In such event, the Licensee shall cooperate in good faith so that NCsoft may efficiently conduct investigation and review. 엔씨소프트는 사용자가 엔씨소프트의 로고를 엔씨소프트가 지정한 바대로 사용하고 있는 지 여부를 확인하기 위하여 주기적으로 엔씨소프트의 로고가 사용된 사용자 상품/사이트 등을 검토 및 조사할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사용자는 엔씨소프트가 효율적으로 조사, 검토를 진행할 수 있도록 성실히 협조하여야 합니다.
- The Licensee hereby acknowledges that NCsoft has proprietary and exclusive rights to the NCsoft Logo and any NCsoft Logo is a valuable asset of NCsoft. The Licensee shall notify NCsoft of any infringement upon or damages to the rights or values of the NCsoft Logo. The Licensee hereby agrees to render utmost cooperation if NCsoft requests such cooperation to resolve any of the above events. 사용자는 엔씨소프트가 엔씨소프트의 로고에 대하여 독점•배타적인 권리를 보유하며, 엔씨소프트의 로고는 엔씨소프트의 소중한 자산임을 이해하고, 엔씨소프트의 로고에 대한 권리 혹은 가치가 침해되거나 훼손이 발생한 경우 엔씨소프트로 통지하여야 합니다. 사용자의 이러한 상황을 해결하기 위하여 도움을 요청하는 경우 엔씨소프트의 요청에 최대한 협력하기로 합니다.
- The Licensee shall indemnify and hold NCsoft harmless against and be liable for any damages caused or likely to be caused to NCsoft due to impairment of the brand image of NCsoft, or claims or actions by any third party arising from the Licensee’s failure to comply with this Logo Use Policy. 사용자가 엔씨소프트의 로고사용지침을 준수하지 않아 엔씨소프트의 브랜드이미지가 손상되거나 제3자로부터 이의제기, 소송 등의 문제가 발생한 경우에는 사용자는 엔씨소프트를 면책시키며 엔씨소프트에게 발생하였거나 발생할 우려가 있는 손해에 대하여 책임을 부담합니다.
- The Licensee shall not transfer or offer as security to any third party or permit any third party to use the NCsoft Logo licensed by NCsoft. 사용자는 엔씨소프트의 로고를 제3자에게 임의로 사용 허락 하거나 양도/담보제공 등을 하지 않습니다.
- NCsoft hereby disclaims any guarantee that the NCsoft Logo does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any third party or use of the NCsoft Logo will result in any profit gained by the Licensee. Any liability for the use of the NCsoft Logo lies with the Licensee itself. 엔씨소프트는 엔씨소프트의 로고가 제3자의 지적재산권을 침해하지 않거나 혹은 엔씨소프트의 로고 사용으로 인하여 사용자에게 수익이 발생함을 보증하지 않습니다. 엔씨소프트의 로고의 사용에 대한 책임은 사용자 자신이 부담 합니다.

The logo and other symbols are official marks of NCsoft and are regulated by government, official legislation. Permission to use the logo or other symbols will be suspended indefinitely for contravention of these guidelines.Any questions regarding corporate identity or use of NCsoft logo should be directed to : 로고 및 기타기호는 엔씨소프트의 공식 마크이며, 정부 및 공식법률에 의해 규제됩니다.
이러한 지침의 위반 시에는 로고 또는 기타 허가에 대한 사용을 무기한 보류할 것입니다.
